Where to Get the Best Views of Stari Most
1. Lučki Most
If you find yourself at Pakara Dan i Noc, head over to Lučki Most for a great view of Stari Most.

2. Morning View: Terasa
Sitting on the rooftop terrace at Terasa and gazing out over the Old Town was one of our favorite things to do.
From Lučki Most, keep Stari Most on your left and walk to the street at the end. Turn left and keep walking until you see the stairs heading down to the Old Town. You’ll be able to see Terasa from these stairs, but to access Terasa, keep going past the stairs. You’ll soon see the entrance to Terasa on your left.
Stari Most Pedestrian shopping in the Old Town Across the river
3. End of the Pedestrian Shopping
From Terasa, we headed down the stairs to the right to the pedestrian shopping lane. Follow it up until you can look back and see the bridge. For even better views, you can brave the climb up the minaret at Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque for 12 KM. TripAdvisor reviews are mixed. We were happy with the street views, so did not check it out. Maybe next time!
4. Afternoon: Down by the River Neretva
There are a couple different ways to get down to the river. The easiest to explain and navigate (aside from crowds) is the stairs right across from Šadrvan. Or, be adventurous and go the another way. It’s not easy to get lost in Mostar.
5. Evening: Restoran Legaro

While we did eat at Legaro, it didn’t make the top of our Eating and Drinking in the Old Town list. The most memorable thing about it was the view and the baklava, which we ordered to go (twice!). We had the mixed vegetable platter for dinner, which was okay, but nothing special and not nearly enough vegetables. If there are no tables available outside, there is no shortage of restaurants nearby to try.
